Questions & Answers...

What are your your rules of a session?

To comply with Polish law, I demand that we sign a Release Form as the first thing before the session starts. This is a document that protects both me and you from any future troubles. I also expect to work with people that have completed their 18th year of age.

Depending on the concept, I prefer to split all the costs in half. Depending on the concept, in some cases I might cover a bigger percentage or even the full cost of the session. But these are special cases. Most of the time, I believe 50-50 is fair.

That depends on lots of factors and each case is different - depending on the amount of photos and the work to-be-done. But it is safe to estimate that 15 photos will take something between 3 to 5 working days. For Wedding Photography where usually I have to deal with much bigger numbers, expect to deliver from 2 to 3 months.

I will do only what we agree to do so it really depends on our agreement (commercial usage or not). But as a photographer I wish for photos to be seen. Unless we agree otherwise, expect photos to be published in my onlin portfolios (social media, online galleries, patreon, etc). In some cases I might use a photo to greate a teaching tutorial (skin retouching or lighting setup tutorial). A sellection of best photos can be printed in a photobook or my yearly calendar. Only when the model consents photos can be published on a photography magazine. Pretty much that's it all.

Yes you can and it is fine by me. But I must know this before the session starts. However I suggest you to be very sellective when it comes to guests. Sometimes they interfere or they don't let the model/photographer focus. For that, you take the responsibility of who you bring to the session.
